A Father's Day Message
If God had e-mail, what would He say?

You, my wonderful child

Subject: Needs Met

Dear Child of Mine,
Thank you for discussing your need with me. It may surprise you to know that even before you mentioned it, I knew. In fact, I know all of your needs.

I have been leading you to a new place - a better place - one through which you can develop those talents I put in you. Check out my Word and you will find that the dream in your heart is the same as mine. We are on the same page! Your gifts and talents are all lined up and ready to go. Just keep your eyes upward and follow peace.

I saw you fall the other day. Sent an angel to pick you up. Now brush yourself off and stand tall, for there is no condemnation in me.  I still love you, you know.  Always will.

Now, about your healing. I took care of that, too.  My son made sure that sickness and disease will never overtake you.  Use His name, He won’t mind. He is more than willing to share His authority with you.  Just speak His name and your illness will bow its knee. Then declare that you are well. Be steadfast. Immoveable. The disease will go. It has to. Day by day it will reverse course.

Any time you want to chat, just think about Me and I’ll be there. I'm available 24/7.

Well, take good care of each other. And keep in touch. I’ll be watching over you. Ordering your footsteps. Keeping you close to my heart. You are the apple of my eye, you know.

Your loving Father,

God

Reference photo at the top of the page: One day in the spring, this baby bird sat just outside our office window. Both his parents spent the afternoon trying to teach this reluctant bird to fly. They took turns flying low, circling, chirping, and demonstrating technique. All the while, our little feathered friend held on tightly to the branch. As the sun began to set, he finally spread his wings, and the three headed skyward. Early childhood education: fly low, circle close, hover, encourage, instruct, be patient, work to maintain close family ties.
